The entire staff from admin to housekeeping to security to etc. were outstanding!
The banker - independent of the hotel, presumably - was cold & undependable.
Everything was so perfect (especially the staff) that the hotel was the highlight of our trip visit to Egypt!

Location.
Rooms were tiny.
Nice location, though loud traffic outside. Rooms exceptionally small for a supposedly 5 star hotel. Rest of facility quite nice, though.
